Garry relocated to Toronto in 1995 and embarked on his real estate career in 2000. Driven by a fervent passion and ambition, he quickly absorbed extensive knowledge across many facets of the industry. His strategic approach and visionary leadership were instrumental in earning him numerous accolades, including awards from Century 21 and a Community Service award from the Real Estate Institute of Canada, among others.

As a recognized expert in real estate, Garry's insights have been widely sought after. He has contributed as a speaker, guest writer, and has been featured extensively in various media outlets such as newspapers, radio shows like CFRB's “Ask the Experts”, and TV channels including CP24, CTV, Omni, Global, and numerous ethnic media channels. With a firm belief in the power of technology and innovation in real estate, Garry adopted the motto, “the change is Inevitable, change is constant,” advocating for embracing change proactively.

In his leadership roles, Garry served on the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) of Directors from 2013 to 2020 and was the Board Director with the Real Estate Institute of Canada - Toronto Chapter from 2016 to 2017. He was also the Founder Vice President of the Asian Real Estate Association of America - Toronto Chapter from 2014 to 2017 and served as the President of TRREB during 2018/2019, overseeing the largest real estate board globally. Most recently, he has expanded his influence by serving as a Director of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and as Vice Chair of CREA, further cementing his role as a pivotal figure in shaping the future of the real estate industry in Canada.
